Class Descriptions
Sculpting Classes:
Power Tone-
Uses weights, body bar, & calisthenics to sculpt & shape the muscles (60 mins)
MB Burn- Uses weighted medicine balls to sculpt & shape the muscles (60 mins)
Abs, Butt, & thigh- Calisthenics to target those specific areas (30 mins)
Butts & Guts- Targets abdominals & rear (30 mins)
Abs- Targets abdominals only (15-30mins)

Cardio Classes:
Bosu-A cardio class using a 1/2 dome ball for balance & also targets the core.
Step-The ever popular cardio class using a step platform.
Spin-Cardio class using stationary bikes to music, simulates outdoor cycling.
Kickbox/Boxercize-Cardio class with the spirit of martial arts.
Power Dance-No dance experience necessary. Club dance, hip-hop , jazz & more.
BootCamp-A combo of cardio & weights

Stretching Classes:
Yoga-
Focusing on breathing exercises & stretching the body.
Yogalates- A blend of Yoga & Pilates
Pilates- A stretching class based on the principals of Joseph Pilates. Works the back & the core.
Yoga Flow- A Vinyasa type fo yoga.
