Sculpting

Abs, Butt, Thigh
30 minutes
A half hour class using calisthenics to target those specific areas

A half hour class targetting abdominals only

Boot camp
60 minutes
A one hour class which combines cardio and weight training

Bosu and Tone
60 minutes
A one hour class; the first 30 minutes are a cardio workout performed on the Bosu which elevates your heart rate gives the abdominals an intense work out. The remainder of the class is weight training.

Sports Conditioning
60 minutes
A one hour class which combines weights and cardio performed "boot camp style".

A one hour weight training class that targets the entire body.

Cardio Tone
60 minutes
A one hour class which combines a Cardio workout and weight training for the entire body

Cycle Circuit
60 minutes
A one hour class which combines spin and weight training. The spin bikes are brought onto the main aerobic floor and participants set up a weight station next to their bike alternating between the two.

Kickboxing
60 minutes
A one hour cardio class with the spirit of martial arts

Spin
45 minutes
A 45 minute cardio class using stationary bikes to music. Simulates outdoor cycling.

A one hour, high intensity cardio class using a step platform

60 minutes
A one hour, high energy aerobic dance class that combines elements of Latin, Middle Eastern and hip-hop.
Stretching

Pilates
60 minutes
A one hour stretching class based on the principals of Joseph Pilates. Works the back & the core.

Pilates Mat
60 minutes
A one hour class designed to strengthen and lengthen the body simultaneously. Major emphasis is placed on the Core area of the body

Yoga
60 minutes
A one hour class which focuses on breathing exercises & stretching the body
